I’ve upped my attempt at Christmas decorations from last year. I have upgraded to having an actual Christmas tree.
Granted, I need more tinsel and baubles, but I think it’s definitely a good start. I now have a serious decision to make.
Should I top this with a star or a fairy, or something else? 1st world problematic decisions are hard.
Currently I top it with a star, but I used to use a big red bow – very festive. Although recently I was at a store and on one tree they had a Santa hat and on another a snowman’s top hat! The top hat looked really fun.

Top hat! That is the way forward next year! Maybe I can make it a thing, and have something different every year. Now I have my very own tree, I should get my very own traditions! 😀
