Day 4 brings – more purple! To be honest, it’s hard to tell the difference between todays shade and yesterdays. Maybe it will look more dramatic when it’s all dried somewhat, or I can see it in day light? Perhaps.
The definition is really starting to come into this now. It looks like the cat has a beard.
Things I’ve learnt today:

- Doing this post workout is actually quite a pleasant cool down.
